The world as we know it is in the middle of an unprecedented crisis- medical, economic and social. Entrepreneurs around the world are facing difficult choices to make- having to shut down, layoff personnel and other critical decisions regarding their businesses. We know that the brunt of this crisis will be borne by the vulnerable and underrepresented, who don’t have access to critical resources and support for their businesses to survive. April is Celebrate Diversity Month and this is the right time for all of us to support each other, appreciate our differences and work together to overcome this tough period.
As entrepreneurs worldwide are tackling the implications of the coronavirus pandemic, we wish to highlight the stark inequalities that underrepresented founders face when it comes to accessing resources and share some funding opportunities.
