It has been over 60 days since the George Floyd murder and I wonder, how long will this momentum and energy to create systemic change last? My hope is that it keeps going and we don’t have to wait another 5 years for another movement and reminder. Together we can create a world of racial equity & justice.
In an effort to keep the momentum going, I wanted to share with you actionable ways to begin to embed Diversity, equity & inclusion into the DNA of your organization/startup. Your organization big or small can lead, can hire and can create real transformation change in your community & ecosystem.
Additionally, the best way to create change is to support Black-led businesses. I added a link to some amazing organizations we should all be supporting through platforms like Etsy & more.
